Privacy policy

Cannactually is published by JMG management BV (Amsterdam, the Netherlands), the controller for the data described here.

What we collect

  • Analytics: only if you accept cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 through Google Tag Manager to measure visits and clicks. Without consent, no analytics scripts load.
  • Newsletter: if you subscribe, our newsletter provider Brevo stores your email address. You confirm by email (double opt-in) and can unsubscribe from every email.
  • Age and cookie choices: stored in your own browser (localStorage), never sent to us.

When you click an affiliate link, the shop you visit may set its own cookies under its own privacy policy.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by emailing hello@cannactually.com. You can also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
